Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds once entry is made, per our in-venue terms. Playtime is valid strictly for the selected package, with no add-on time or recharge available. Visit-pack and Unlimited Fun passes carry their stated validity windows (see Memberships) and are non-transferable.

Play Safe, Play Happy — Rules & Regulations for the Play Area

Designed for children aged 1–8 years (max height 120 cm, max weight 40 kg).

1. Kids below 4 years must be accompanied by a parent or family member inside the play area.
2. Older children should always be supervised by an adult nearby.
3. Socks are compulsory for all to enter the play area.
4. Shoes, food, sharp objects, and personal toys stay outside.
5. Gentle and respectful play — no pushing, hitting, or rough behaviour.
6. Trampoline: up to 4 children at a time — no flips, somersaults, or unsafe jumping.
7. Slides: feet-first only — please don't climb up the slides.
8. Water & sand play: gentle only — no splashing, throwing, or putting materials in the mouth; wash hands after play.
9. For everyone's comfort, children who are unwell are requested not to play.
10. Please follow team guidance at all times — safety first, fun always.

Admission & Booking Terms

• Playtime strictly as per selected package; no add-on time or recharge
• Management reserves admission rights
• No misbehaviour or misuse of equipment
• No refunds once entry is made
• No bags, food, or drinks inside the play area; outside food not allowed in the café/craft area
• One adult per child in the play area
• 18% GST applies, as per Government norms
• Displayed handmade artwork: "looking is allowed, touching is not" — once broken, considered sold

Parent / Guardian Consent & Undertaking — Play Area

Reproduced from our physical consent form, signed by every parent/guardian at admission:

"I, the undersigned parent / legal guardian, hereby give my consent for my child to use the soft play facilities at Kingdom of Joy."

1. The play area is designed for children within the prescribed age, height, and weight limits.
2. Active supervision by a parent or guardian is required.
3. Play activities involve inherent risks of minor injuries.
4. My child will follow all safety rules and staff instructions.
5. My child is medically fit and not suffering from any contagious illness.
6. I accept responsibility for my child's behaviour and any damage caused.
7. I release and indemnify management and staff from liability.

Privacy

We collect the information you provide at admission (child's name, age, parent/guardian name and contact number) solely to operate the play area safely and to reach you about your visit or booking.
